R Dub! Can-Do in Canton

Alexander Bofill, staff writer

WHBC – Mix 94.1 in Canton is just the latest radio station in Ohio to add Slow Jams with R Dub! to their on-air lineup, as Benztown continues to close out the state.

Mix 94.1 Content Director (and longtime friend) Gabe Carrillo said, “It’s so exciting to add Sunday Night Slow Jams to our line-up. R Dub! is going to be a sensational addition to our team of personalities. We’re looking forward to see Canton and all of Northeast Ohio Slow Jamming every weekend!”

“The word is out,” said Mark Wilson, VP of Affiliate Relations for Fusion Radio Networks, a Benztown partner. “Slow Jams is landing in every market and the station that has it wins. End of story. We’re wrapping up the region and helping stations deliver unprecedented ratings!”

And Wilson’s words come with merit, as double-digit shares continue to pour in, book after book, for the popular Slow Jams and dedications show.

R Dub!, host and creator of Sunday Night Slow Jams said, “Gabe and I go way back…waaaaaaay back! I’m so happy to join his phenomenal team in Canton. Ohio has been amazing to us and I’m so happy to be Slow Jammin’ with the good people of Canton every Sunday night!”

Slow Jams connects with listeners unlike any other program I’ve heard.” said Dave “Chachi” Denes, president of Benztown Radio Networks. “Their passion and engagement transcends to incredible ratings.”

Slow Jams with R Dub! debuts  on Mix 94.1 on Sunday, September 27th. You can listen live and find out more about Mix 94.1 HERE.
