Sunday Night Slow Jams wouldn’t be possible without all of the amazing radio stations that allow us airtime every Sunday night. We simply wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for our awesome partners.
“It’s always been my life’s passion. Today, the show airs on over 170 radio stations across America…and I can’t thank our partners enough for their support. These PDs have helped me turn my teenage passion into the highest rated weekend show in America and I appreciate them more than you know.”

Host, producer and creator of Sunday Night Slow Jams®, R Dub! started the show when he was just 16 years old, at a tiny AM radio station in the middle of the desert. Today, Sunday Night Slow Jams is heard on over 200 radio stations in 14 countries. When he's not Slow Jammin' stateside, R Dub! can probably be found on an airplane headed to a country you haven't heard of. R Dub! is one of the few people in the world who has traveled to every single country on the planet. Read R Dub!'s full story HERE.
Larry was a drill sergeant—tough, loud, and at times, brutal. He made me want to quit more than once. But looking back, I see what an incredible teacher he was. No safe spaces, no participation trophies—just hardcore training. He tore me down to build me back up, instilling fundamentals that I still use today.
